My last academic excursion to London ;)

My excursion to London ( 29th July)

This Wednesday I visited London, I was on the London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel. At a height of 135 metres, which is the biggest wheel in Europe. Also, it has become the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kindom, visited by over three million people in one year. It was constructed in 1998-1999.
So, yesterday I had a great ride in the biggest wheel in Europe :) We had 20 minutes of beautiful panoramic view.
After that we went to St James' Park to have our lunch, we took great photos there with my friends.
It was our last visit to London this year... and I liked it ;)

My favourite film ;)

My favourite film ;)

Last month I saw film " 7 Pounds " and it became my favourite film.

Two years ago Tim Thomas (Will Smith) was involved in a car crash, which was caused by him as a result of him being on his mobile phone while driving. this accident claimed seven precious lives. Tim Thomas felt guilty, so he decided to save seven lives. He gave a half of his lung to his brother, a part of his liver to one woman, Tim presented his big house to homeless women with two children, Tim also gave his eyes to a blind man, in the end Tim donated his heart and his life to a woman who is on the edge of death and with who he fell in love.

I was enraptured by this film, I cried a lot... because it hurts when a close relative dies for one's sake.

My excursion to Cambridge ;)

My excursion to Cambridge ( 18th July)

This Saturday we had a day off in our camp, that is why we went to Cambridge.

First of all we had an excursion on the boat, the rower told us about Cambridge University and about the river Cam. The excursion was short, but very interesting.

After that my italian friend Sofia and I had a great time shopping in Cambridge. I bought some souvenirs for my friends and my parents. Also, I bought the converse ALL STARS, about which I've been dreaming half a year.

Later Sofia and I went to a small church, which was near our meeting point. It wasn't very big, but it was dead beautiful.

Consequently I had a great time in Cambridge ;)

I enjoyed this excursion and I'd a great time ;)
